About
My name is Gregg and I’ve been involved with organized sports since the age of five. When I hit hit school, I began researching a variety of training methods outside of sport specific skills, as well as weight training to improve my sports performance, and like many others, fell in love with training itself and what it can do for both your body and mind.
I’ve also done a variety of martial arts, including tae kwon do, BJJ and Wing Chun (Bruce Lee’s original martial art) and continue to include a lot of athletic and MMA conditioning work in my programs.
Body Transformation Blackbook is for those who want to know how to train, eat and supplement to end up looking and feeling great. Not to mention being able to perform at a high level, just like an elite athlete.
I’m a person who loves to learn so I started reading everything I could get my hands on with regard to weight training, nutrition supplementation and cardio and developed a real passion for the health and fitness industry, leading me to launch my first site Build Lean Muscle (way back in 2003).
I’ve tried and tested more training and nutrition techniques than I care to count. I’m my own guinea pig and I’ve taken my body through a variety of looks. I’ve been a super skinny 141 pounds at 6 feet tall. I’ve been a “soft” (nice way of saying fat) 192 pounds, big and muscular at 208 pounds and lean and ripped at 173 pounds AND 185 pounds and probably a lot of places in between. LOL!

Since then I’ve written a few ebooks, and publish an email fitness newsletter that now has over 30,000 subscribers.
- I wrote a column for Body Talk Magazine for 4 1/2 years
- Multiple articles published in Ironman Magazine
- Articles have appeared on top fitness web sites like BodyBuilding.com and BodybuildingForYou.com
- I’ve been part of training programs put out by top online fitness trainers like Jeff Anderson (Underground Chest Training )
- Have done interviews and taken part in teleseminars with top trainers and fitness celebrities like Jennifer Nicole Lee, Jeff Anderson, Mark Henry and the Mad Scientist Nick Nilsson

I’ve realized there is a lot of misinformation out there in the health and fitness industry. Too many people are giving up this wonderful pursuit out of sheer frustration before they find what works.
My goal is to change all that. It’s to help people build their best body in the shortest amount of time by applying sound fundamental principles of exercise physiology as well as nutrition and supplementation to help them burn fat and build muscle.
A complete body transformation, pure and simple. A functional body, not just one that looks good on a stage in posing trunks, but one that helps you get the most out of life, no matter what you do.

I enjoy the challenge of building the best body I can build and being in the best shape of my life. I enjoy helping others do the same.
Nothing can replace the amazing feeling of accomplishment gained through hard work. Let’s make sure the hard work is also the right work. I am positive I can help people get what they want from bodybuilding and training efforts and in the shortest time possible.
Right now, to stay on top of things for you as well as myself I’m currently pursuing my certification as an MMA Conditioning Coach (you’ll see a lot of interval training, kettlebell routines and bodyweight exercises in my routines to go along with traditional weight training exercises like squats, deadlifts, and presses).
